UPDATED: Temporary Covid-19 Changes

As we continue navigating the effects of Covid-19 in our community, we still have restrictive policies in place. We want to share a few minor changes since our initial announcement last August. We prioritize the health and safety of our techs and we also want to ensure our guests that we are doing our best to maintain our facilities.

 

What cleaning and sanitation procedures are taken place in KHROMA?

These are measures that we always have in place as a professional establishment committed to you:

  • Properly sanitizing and disinfecting our tools with Barbicide after each and every client.

  • Using new files and buffers for our manicure and pedicure services in which they are disposed of upon completion.

  • Tables are wiped down with Barbicide after each client.

  • Pedicure basins are properly cleaned after each service. Our pedicure chairs use pipeless whirlpool technology, which eliminates the chance of debris left behind from the services performed on others prior to you. The whirlpool jets are detached to be sanitized and disinfected after each client.

  • Nail Techs and clients are washing hands at the beginning of services.

  • All Nail Techs and other staff are wearing masks.

What are the temporary operational changes in place during the Covid-19 pandemic?

  • Our maximum maintains <50%.

  • Masks Required

    We kindly ask that you properly wear a mask during the entire visit at our salon in respect to the health and safety concerns of our staff and other guests. Please note that whether or not a mask mandate is in effect, we will continue this requirement beyond its expiration until further notice.

  • No Extra Guests

    We will not be able to allow any persons whom are not receiving services to accompany you during your visit. This also includes children. This policy will most likely continue permanently.

  • Appointments Highly Recommended

    We accept walk-ins but we prioritize appointments. This means that the wait for a walk-in varies and at times, we are completely booked.

    Nonetheless, give us a call when you are thinking of heading over! Sometimes we experience last minute cancellations or rescheduled appointments.

  • Reduced Business Hours

    We are temporarily reducing our business hours as follows:

Tues-Sat 10am to 6pm

Sun-Mon CLOSED
